Return & Refund Policy

At LullaBites, your safety comes first. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances — opened or unopened.

 

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

We follow strict health and safety guidelines. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its quality or storage conditions. For this reason, all sales are final.


This applies regardless of whether the item is sealed, unopened, or unused — we do not restock or redistribute returned consumables to protect all customers.

 

Refunds & Replacements

We stand by our shipping process and offer support in the following rare cases:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen package
  • Damaged or incorrect item

Same-Day Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within the same calendar day of purchase. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled. Please email us at care@mindorganics.co with your order number to request cancellation.

This only applies to first-time purchases only

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied after 30 days of use as directed, you may request a refund. This only applies to a single jar price for first-time customers only

Refunds are not issued if:

  • The product was successfully delivered
  • A shipment is recurring or delayed but still arrives after support communication
  • You decide not to use the product after delivery

If a refund exception is granted, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important Notice 

By placing an order with us, you agree to this no-return, no-refund policy. Any chargeback attempts that contradict these terms may be contested with documentation of:

  • Pre-purchase visibility of this policy
  • Proof of delivery
  • Confirmed tracking data
  • Customer agreement at checkout

We take fraudulent disputes seriously and reserve the right to deny future purchases in such cases.

For privacy reasons, the customer support team cannot directly access your subscription data to cancel an active plan. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and are given a standard 3-day notice period with quick cancellation options provided.
